Your responsibilities will include strategic and business planning to assess and plan facilities and office requirements aligned with corporate strategy, maintaining excellent working environments, managing office processes and systems, overseeing inventory and resource management, organising events and hospitality, and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.

You will also support remote working environments by ensuring effective technology and equipment provision, maintaining home working policies, and monitoring tax implications. In IT, you will assess company-wide needs, manage contracts and budgets, work closely with IT service providers, and oversee equipment issuance and disposal.

Additionally, you will own the knowledge management strategy, ensuring confidentiality, information governance, and compliance with legal requirements. You will review and maintain company policies related to facilities, office management, and IT, support ISO audits, and identify accreditations to enhance operations.
