About the Role
Kitt designs and operates workspace for the world's most vibrant brands, creating spaces that are worth leaving home for. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our client spaces. Your responsibilities include conducting detailed inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks completed by suppliers and Kitt staff across various office areas, managing emergencies with contractors by arranging out of hours work and guiding them on site, and documenting inspection results to report any concerns or non-compliance to the Operations team. You will assess cleaning procedures and recommend improvements, collaborate with cleaning suppliers and staff to address immediate needs or deficiencies, and manage inventory checks for cleaning supplies and other services to ensure they are well-stocked and maintained. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work independently while upholding Kitt’s commitment to exceptional workspace experiences.

Experience
Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, facilities management, or a related field, particularly within managed office environments.
