Location
Home-based with regular travel across England and North Wales, including overnight stays. Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

Hours

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our flagship Farm Discovery programme across England and North Wales. This varied senior role combines programme leadership, team and contract management, quality assurance, safeguarding, data and financial oversight, partnership development, and programme improvement. You will ensure the Farm Discovery team has the clarity, support, and resources needed to deliver consistently high-quality educational experiences for children from disadvantaged communities. Using data, feedback, and evaluation, you will improve the programme, develop partnerships, and contribute to its future growth and development.

Experience
- Proven track record in programme management and leading complex delivery
- Strong ability to enable and lead educators and dispersed teams
- Understanding of the primary education context in England
- Experience in quality assurance, safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management
- Confident in using data, managing budgets, and improving systems and processes
