Experience
No previous experience in care or support is required; what matters are your values, passion, and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with autism or learning disabilities.

About you
You will need to be good at working on your own and within a team, excellent at communicating with people, able to complete quality support records, and able to work every other weekend. You should have the ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments, maintain customer records, be literate and numerate in English, and have a willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate.
