About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Finance Manager to work in Big Talk, a Scripted TV Production Label under the ITV Studios umbrella. This pivotal role will focus on Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Control, and Business Partnering. Big Talk Studios is an International Emmy Award-winning company and one of the world's leading scripted television production companies, known for producing genre-defining British comedy and tonally distinctive, character-driven international drama.

Experience
- Professional qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience)
- Month-end and reporting experience
- Proven experience preparing full month-end accounts and management reporting packs
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage or similar)
- Experience of at least three of the following: payroll, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, cashflow forecasting
- Evidence of working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly

- Experience in media, TV production or a similar fast-paced industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive approach with a demonstrable ability to spot opportunities to improve and add value
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Confidence working in a deadline-driven, changing environment
