Location
Big Talk Studios, 26 Nassau Street, London, W1W 7AQ. Expectation is 2 days in the office with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Part Time - 3 days per week across 4 days. Normal office working days are Monday to Thursday.

About the Role
International Emmy Award winning Big Talk Studios is one of the world’s leading scripted television production companies, renowned for producing genre-defining British comedy and tonally distinctive, character-driven international drama. We are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Finance Manager to join Big Talk, a Scripted TV Production Label under the ITV Studios umbrella. This pivotal role focuses on Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Control, and Business Partnering, supporting the business with accurate financial information and insight.

Experience
- Professional qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified with significant relevant experience)
- Proven month-end and reporting experience including preparing full month-end accounts and management reporting packs
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and experience with accounting software such as Sage or similar
- Experience of at least three core financial processes including payroll, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and cashflow forecasting
- Evidence of working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly

- Experience in media, TV production or a similar fast-paced industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive approach with a demonstrable ability to spot opportunities to improve and add value
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Confidence working in a deadline-driven, changing environment

Qualifications
