About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your responsibilities include organising staff rotas, supporting the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development, and ensuring compliance with HotelCare and client standards. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking room quality and meeting daily targets while adhering to health and safety policies and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
