About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in close collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your role includes organising staff rotas, supporting ongoing training and development of the housekeeping team, and ensuring all standards set by HotelCare and the client are consistently met. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms and meeting daily targets while complying with all company health and safety policies. Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries is also part of your responsibilities.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
