About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your responsibilities include working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms, organising staff rotas, supporting the Head Housekeeper and housekeeping team with ongoing training and development, and maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client. You will also meet daily targets and comply with all company health and safety policies, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills
