About the Role
As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will utilise your management experience, commitment to excellence, and positive approach to assist the Head Housekeeper in efficiently overseeing a dynamic housekeeping department and improving team productivity. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment supporting the management of a busy housekeeping team. Acting as the first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager and Senior Management team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper, you will maintain the high standards set by HotelCare and our client, meet daily targets, and demonstrate commercial awareness and cost control. You will also ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies, reporting and recording any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to uphold standards required for QA and Health & Safety audits.

Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, focusing on housekeeping operations
