About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your responsibilities include organising staff rotas, supporting ongoing training and development of the housekeeping team, and ensuring all standards set by HotelCare and the client are consistently met. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms and meeting daily targets. Compliance with all company health and safety policies is essential, including reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
