About the Role
As a Linen Porter, you will be a vital part of the team, working in a fast-paced hotel environment to manage linen stock efficiently. Your responsibilities include coordinating linen deliveries, fulfilling orders, and distributing linens throughout the hotel. You will ensure proper storage and inventory management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will also provide respectful and prompt assistance to guests, collaborate with coworkers to meet cleanliness goals, and follow instructions from supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and specific tasks. Adherence to health and safety policies and maintenance of linen-related equipment are essential aspects of this role.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with linen management tasks such as sorting, folding, and distribution is advantageous.
