About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. Your role is key to maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. You will be responsible for organising staff rotas, supporting ongoing training and development of the housekeeping team, and ensuring all standards set by HotelCare and the client are consistently met. This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking room quality, meeting daily targets, and complying with all health and safety policies while reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
