About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will consistently deliver the highest levels of room cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest privacy and security. You will work closely with coworkers and your line manager, following safety protocols and supervisor instructions to uphold HotelCare’s commitment to excellence.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
