About the Role

You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming, consistently delivering the highest levels of service.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following supervisor instructions, adhering to safety protocols, ensuring guest room security and privacy, and providing professional and respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
