About the Role
Whether you're an experienced food, health & safety professional seeking a new challenge, a recent graduate, or looking to transition into a safety-focused career, this role offers the perfect next step in your journey. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, advice, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high standards of safety performance across one of our group contracts. Your duties will include visiting locations to offer support for legal compliance and adherence to company policy and industry best practices, influencing operational teams, reviewing accident and incident reports, undertaking formal investigations, and supporting the development of a strong safety culture across the contract.

Experience
Experience in food, health & safety is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for influencing, training, and supporting a team is essential.

About you
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a real passion for food and customer service. You keep up to date with appropriate legislation and company policy and procedures.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Certificate and Level 4 Food Safety (or willing to work towards) are required. A BSc or MSc in Environmental Health is desired.
