The Forward Deployed Engineering Team within the Data and Insights Organization at WMG Global Tech is a specialized group focused on solving a wide range of business problems. Partnering closely with our Product Solutions team and key stakeholders across Warner Music Group, this team rapidly builds and deploys automation and solutions leveraging data and AI.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will work directly with important business stakeholders across labels and global functions to deliver impactful solutions that transform workflows from weeks into minutes. This role involves full stack solution engineering, including data pipelining, backend development in Python, dashboard and Streamlit app development, and utilizing Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex.

What you’ll do
- Deliver impactful solutions for diverse stakeholders by quickly understanding and addressing different problem spaces.
- Flex across backend, frontend, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React to build full-stack solutions.
- Use AI tools effectively to design, build, and deploy production solutions accelerating non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong product sense by rapidly developing solutions with minimal requirements.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and providing updates.
- Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code to reduce solution delivery time from weeks to hours.
- Stay curious and adaptable, exploring new technologies and handling a variety of problems across domains.
- Align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap by contributing to standards and leveraging existing tools.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience. Exposure to customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Experience with Python, data pipelining (e.g., ETL), and either Snowflake or Databricks is required. Familiarity with AI tools such as Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit is a strong advantage.
