About the Role
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Fraud Investigation Team and provide support across tenancy fraud, succession, occupancy and housing management investigations. You will undertake enquiries, gather evidence, interview residents and witnesses, and support legal action where required. You will also contribute to the recovery of housing assets, protection of rental income, and effective use of homes by ensuring properties are occupied in accordance with tenancy conditions.

Experience
Proven experience as an investigator with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience conducting investigations, gathering evidence and working with a range of stakeholders to resolve complex issues. Knowledge of housing, tenancy management, fraud management, fraud investigation or enforcement activity is advantageous.
