About the Role
The Social and PR Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and reporting on our Chinese social media accounts including RED, Weibo, and WeChat. You will develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and support product launches within the Chinese fashion market. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, agents, MCNs, and stylists in the Chinese fashion space, leveraging existing influencer connections and building new partnerships with fashion and Gen-Z influencers with large followings (preferably over 50K followers). You will monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new influencer opportunities, research and generate creative content ideas tailored to the Chinese audience, schedule and post social media content, and track campaign performance to optimize strategies. Additionally, you will engage directly with the community, collaborate with community managers across social channels and customer care platforms, and support other marketing initiatives such as events, paid media, and copywriting. Writing and editing high-quality content for socials and occasional PR communications, as well as proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency, are also key parts of this role.

Experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Experience managing both Western and Chinese social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, RED, Weibo, and WeChat
- Minimum 2 years experience in influencer marketing or community management, preferably within the fashion or Gen-Z market
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and influencers
