About the Role
Reporting to the Creative Campaigns Manager, you will be an integral part of the wider social team, playing a key role in identifying new talent to join our growing network of brand advocates. You will support the Menswear team with all administrative tasks and assist the Talent + PR Co-ordinator with PR, gifting, and influencer outreach activities. Responsibilities include managing gifting (paid and unpaid), following up with influencers for imagery and content, responding to social media comments and DMs, assisting with and hosting showrooms and PR events, and leading on seeding and spotting gifting opportunities. You will collaborate with the Senior Creative Lead and wider team to refine the Instagram Wishlist and research the hottest new talent across social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, and collaborations. In the absence of the Talent + PR Co-ordinator, you will analyse men’s social metrics and brand coverage, providing creative and engaging reports to the business. Additional duties include creating boards and collating UGC content imagery, tracking deliveries and returns for gifting, accurate use of Torque portal and Airtable systems, packing gift boxes for press and influencers, creating UPS labels and invoices, and supporting the team during busy periods such as events and pop-ups.
Experience
Passion for social media and experience in PR or influencer outreach is desirable.
About you
Excellent administration and organisational skills with a flexible work approach. Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with other departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Ability to remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role are important.
