About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team at Trinny London. Reporting to the Head of Social, you will bring our fearless vision to life across social channels, sparking joy and discovery for a global audience. You will ensure our content is vibrant, relevant, and flawlessly executed every day.
Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is transforming makeup and skincare routines worldwide. As one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands, we pride ourselves on innovation, a passionate team, and a global community of supporters.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing the social media strategy to align with brand goals and performance targets, contributing to creative concepting and content creation, and providing hands-on video editing and content support. You will assist with creative asset briefs, coordinate feedback and sign-offs, craft engaging copy including SEO-informed YouTube content, and lead daily publishing across all social channels.
Additionally, you will champion our physical retail expansion and global market growth by capturing in-store event vibrancy and adapting content for international audiences. You will help coordinate special brand projects and report on KPI performance to inform and refine social content strategy. Monitoring emerging trends and viral content to create reactive assets will also be key to your role.
Experience
Experience in social media, content planning, or copywriting, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands. Proven ability to assist in planning and delivering engaging, social-first assets that drive conversations and extend reach. Solid understanding of current social media trends, popular platforms, and content resonance.
About you
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with eagerness to learn and grow within social media. Task-driven and committed to delivering results. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage content schedules, track assets, and ensure timely delivery. Capable of supporting social media performance tracking. Willingness and capability to provide hands-on support including video editing and content creation.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications specified; however, relevant experience and a proactive, collaborative attitude are essential.
