About the Role
As a Front of House Supervisor at a prestigious corporate law firm, you will coordinate impeccable service and support your team in delivering extraordinary experiences. You will supervise two additional team members, assist the manager with day-to-day tasks, and ensure customer service standards are met. Your responsibilities will include preparing coffees, serving food, cleaning, liaising with back of house, assisting with stock takes, and managing administrative tasks such as invoice processing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or café settings.

Reliable with a problem-solving mindset, flexible, and able to communicate effectively and calmly. You should possess strong customer service skills and have a professional approach with a personal touch towards customers.

Qualifications
Previous experience commensurate with the role, a passion for food and customer service, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective.
