The successful candidate will provide a grounds and cleaning service predominately at our scheme in Mansell Street (Aldgate) & when required in the close surrounding areas (travel between schemes will be paid). All PPE/equipment and mobile device will be provided by Guinness. Reporting into the Estates Services Officer you will be responsible for providing a garden & cleaning service that meets our agreed specification to our schemes. The work can sometimes be quite physically demanding. Some of the key duties involved are: Grounds, maintenance, and external gardening work (Hedge trimming, grass cutting, weed and moss control etc). Cleaning internal and external communal areas. Using mechanical cleaning tools. Cleaning of internal communal areas including lifts, corridors (mopping dusting and vacuuming). Bin store/bulk waste management. Litter picking. Customer interaction. We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you would be working both within a team and on your own. Holding a driving licence would be preferable but not essential. Schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm No weekend working. Desirable Skills/Experience Able to use gardening machinery. Previous gardening and cleaning experience.
