Part time - 24 hours per week, 3 days per week Monday to Friday.

About the Role
Do you take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best? As a Gardens and Grounds Team Member, you will help maintain the park’s beautiful surroundings, carry out general repairs, and ensure the grounds are kept in top condition for our guests and owners. Your responsibilities will include planting and building park planters and bedding areas, pruning and maintaining plants, hedges, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal schedules. You will operate ride-on and walk-behind mowers for grass cutting, perform strimming and edging work, water hanging baskets and summer bedding, and keep park grounds, roadways, paths, bins, bin bays, and public areas clean and free from litter. Additional duties include hard landscaping activities, completing daily site walks, and engaging with guests. You will work collaboratively across the whole park team to maintain a welcoming and well-kept environment.

Additional Information
Must have a full driving licence. Live-in accommodation is not available. Work location is in person.

Experience
Experience in carrying out gardening tasks to a high standard is required. Knowledge of fertilisers and general repairs to equipment is advantageous. Experience of garden and grounds maintenance with a keen eye for detail is essential.

You should have good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge, and be well organised. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, along with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment.
