As a General Assistant, you will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. You will provide excellent customer service throughout the guest journey, answer questions, and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude. Collaboration with colleagues is key to maintaining smooth operations and fostering an inclusive, safe working environment. You will also adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in food service, is a plus but not essential. A passion for food and customer service is key.
