As General Manager, you will embrace our members, the team and our culture. You will lead from the front, setting the standard for service and driving your team with energy and passion. You will manage the gym’s day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and delivering the highest service levels. You will have a strategic approach to maximising your gym’s potential, including navigating P&L figures and implementing continuous improvement plans to exceed member expectations.

You will work closely with your team on the gym floor to deliver excellence and share best practice with your peers. Your leadership will be engaging and inspirational, setting a high-level example for both your team and members. You will have a proven track record of success and bring a winning attitude to The Gym Group. Your positive approach to team development will continuously maximise their potential.

Experience
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within health, fitness or a related industry.
Experience managing P&L and delivering strategic business plans.
Strong operational management skills with the ability to maintain compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in fitness, management or business are desirable but not essential.
