Due to exciting growth we are now looking for a General Manager to join our amazing team.

As General Manager, you will embrace our members, team and culture. You will lead from the front, setting the standard for service and driving a high-performance environment. You will manage the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service levels. You will have a strategic approach to maximising the gym’s potential, including managing P&L figures and continuous improvement plans.

You will work closely with your team on the gym floor, inspiring and engaging them to deliver excellence, while sharing best practice with your peers. This role requires a proven track record of success and a winning attitude to bring to The Gym Group.

Experience
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the health, fitness or retail sector. Experience managing P&L and delivering business growth.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in management or fitness are desirable but not essential. A commitment to personal development and willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
