Join our dynamic team as an General Manager, overseeing a bustling location. With a large, diverse team under your guidance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of an exciting and fast paced operation.
We're seeking a consummate professional with a proven track record in a similar role, coupled with a genuine, authentic passion for the hospitality industry. As the face of our operation, you'll need exceptional client focus, being adept at understanding and exceeding their requirements, whilst fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
In addition to strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will be able to bring effective financial management to the table, capable of strategic decision-making to optimise performance and drive an ever-evolving offer and provide forward-thinking innovation.

Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
Develop and execute catering strategies aligned with clients objectives.
Oversee all aspects of catering operation, ensuring service standards, innovative offerings and financial management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their catering requirements are met and exceeded.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance clients catering offerings.
Implement measures to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, soliciting feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
Lead and motivate a team of catering professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Ideally a background in the corporate / contract catering sector
Progressive career to date
You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities
You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
Good understanding of report writing and financial management.
Excellent communicator
Excellent delegation and influencing skills
Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
