About the Role
For almost 20 years, BaxterStorey has created beautiful spaces, exciting menus, and friendly teams across various locations, ensuring every customer receives the hospitality experience they deserve. We are looking for a General Manager who will ensure that the location achieves financial targets in line with the budget. You will monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs. Regular team meetings will be held to communicate targets and standards. You will work closely with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets and maintain food costs, while also developing and evolving client services at the location.

Experience
Experience in an Assistant General Manager or General Manager role in contract catering or hospitality is essential.

You have a genuine passion for food and service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation, and merchandising. You are committed to delivering a great customer experience and leading by example, demonstrating an analytical approach to problem-solving. You must be able to secure an airside ID (5 years referencing, DBS, and GSAT training provided).

Qualifications
Must have relevant experience in hospitality management.
