About the Role
For almost 20 years, Baxterstorey has created beautiful spaces, exciting menus, and friendly teams across various locations, including offices, stadiums, cathedrals, and universities. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our flagship catering operation at a prestigious client site near Heathrow Airport. This multifaceted location includes a vibrant restaurant, two barista-led cafés, and an events and hospitality service. You will oversee a team of 20+, delivering excellence Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

What Will Keep You Busy
- Lead the catering operation to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Inspire and manage the performance of your team, conducting regular appraisals and identifying development opportunities.
- Hold frequent team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates from the company and client.
- Ensure financial systems are accurate and efficient.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on budget preparation and performance.
- Continuously develop and enhance the catering and hospitality offering in line with client needs and expectations.

- Eligible to obtain an airside ID, requiring 5-year referencing, DBS check, and GSAT (training will be provided).

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience in contract catering management is preferred.
