As General Manager, you will embrace our members, the team and our culture. You will lead from the front, setting the standard for service and driving your team with energy and passion. You will manage compliance while delivering the highest service levels during the day-to-day running of your gym. You will have a strategic approach to maximising your gym’s potential, navigating P&L figures with an eye for detail. Being on the gym floor, working with a fully engaged team to deliver excellence, and sharing best practice with your peers will be key to your success.

Experience
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within health, fitness or a related industry. Experience managing P&L and delivering business growth. Strong ability to engage and inspire teams to deliver excellent service and exceed member expectations.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in fitness, management or business are desirable but not essential. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development is important.
