Location
3 Austin Road, London and 33 Sleaford Street, London (Sleaford Street Health Centre). You will be expected to work across both sites.

Hours
Flexible shift patterns available including Early (7:30 am - 3:30 pm), Mid (10:30 am - 6:30 pm), and Late (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm). Full-time or part-time positions available.

Salary
£13.85 per hour. NHS pension included. We are a London Living Wage Employer.

About the Role
Battersea Fields Practice is seeking a friendly, helpful, and approachable Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our busy inner-city GP practice. You will be part of an established, supportive team committed to delivering the best possible service to patients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, answering patient queries, and assisting patients in accessing a range of healthcare services offered by the practice. You will also handle calls and emails from other healthcare providers and third parties. We provide a comprehensive 4-week induction and encourage ongoing training and personal development. Experience
Preferred: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
