About the Role
As a Graduate Technology Consultant at Solirius Reply, you will be placed into one of three starting practices: Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or DevOps Engineering. This role offers a dynamic introduction to our Technology function, providing hands-on experience across these areas. You will work with high-performing teams on a variety of projects, including large-scale transformation programs and custom solution development. Joining as part of a larger team, you will receive support from senior consultants and be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle within your first two years. Your responsibilities will include collaborating within Agile teams on requirements, software development, testing, and architecture; aiding the design of new systems and solutions for live service delivery; working closely with clients to understand their needs; communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders; documenting your work to support the team and case studies; contributing to technical reports and bids for new projects; and assisting with internal applications, projects, and practice development where possible. This role requires adaptability and a consultative approach to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that meet client needs.
Experience
Academic or commercial programming experience with a genuine interest in technology. Some experience in software development using Python, Java, .NET, or related technologies is expected. Understanding of DevOps technologies is beneficial. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is desirable but not essential.
