About the Role
Successful candidates will join our Quality Engineering practice, embarking on a dynamic graduate career within a high-performing quality assurance environment. Working at the intersection of technology, usability, and inclusive design, you will collaborate with senior consultants and multi-disciplinary Agile teams on projects ranging from large-scale digital transformations to bespoke software solutions. You will design, execute, and document test strategies to deliver accessible, high-quality digital services that perform seamlessly for all users. Involvement spans all stages of the development lifecycle, with opportunities to explore software development, DevOps, and data within the first two years. This diverse experience will provide a strong foundation for a successful career as a technologist. Candidates should be open to working in different locations based on client requirements, with most work based in London and an expectation of travel flexibility.
Main duties include:
- Collaborating within Agile teams on requirements, development, and testing
- Testing features through automated and manual methods
- Learning and working alongside senior QA engineers
- Engaging closely with clients to understand requirements and working onsite as needed
- Communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Documenting work to support team knowledge and case studies
- Contributing to internal projects and the development of the Quality Engineering practice
Experience
Some academic or commercial programming experience, ideally with Python, Java, .NET, or related technologies. Familiarity with software development lifecycle testing is advantageous. Experience or interest in quality assurance and digital accessibility is highly valued.
About you
You are a motivated self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to tackle complex problems in a structured way. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with both internal teams and external clients. You have a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to continually learn and develop. Understanding of Agile methodology is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and manual accessibility testing tools (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) would be beneficial but is not required.
Qualifications
A strong degree in any discipline or equivalent experience is required. Demonstrable enthusiasm for technology and delivering high-quality solutions is essential.
