About the Role
Arrow Films is a UK based film distributor specialising in restoration, curation and regarded as one of the leading boutique film labels worldwide. We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to work primarily across our upcoming Home Entertainment and digital release slate, as well as brand marketing and promotional materials. The successful candidate will join the Marketing department to assist in developing visually engaging content and marketing materials including print ads, key art, promotional materials, and the design, layout and final upload of physical release sleeves and additional print materials.
The role involves close collaboration with various teams including Operations to align with upload deadlines for print materials, Sales for regular asset creation for both B2B and B2C outlets, and Content for design and layout work on new products. The role will evolve in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and producing graphic design work across the Arrow estate
- Multitasking effectively and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Working with internal stakeholders to plan projects and approaches
- Creating assets in multiple formats covering theatrical, home entertainment, digital, and social campaigns
- Developing bespoke content for international festivals, events, SVOD services and other key contacts
- Ensuring all content supplied meets format requirements and platform specifications
- Adapting existing assets for social, PR and marketing purposes
- Providing ad hoc design assistance across teams
- Staying informed of market conditions and competitor landscape
Experience
2–4 years professional experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience delivering marketing materials across theatrical, digital and print platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with communication and planning tools such as Teams and/or Asana. Video editing experience is desired but not essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required beyond relevant experience and skills. A passion for film and design and a proactive approach to work are essential.
