About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and bring our brands to life across a wide range of creative touchpoints. This is a varied, hands-on role spanning digital, print, social, retail, e-commerce, packaging and events. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team to turn briefs and ideas into engaging, beautifully executed creative that is consistent with our brand identities. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for design. You’ll be confident working across different formats, managing your own workload and collaborating with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand
Develop creative concepts and assets for campaigns, product launches, activations and key trading moments. Translate marketing briefs into thoughtful, engaging and on-brand creative. Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team while working within established brand guidelines. Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs. Keep up to date with relevant design, beauty, fashion and lifestyle trends.
Digital & Social
Create engaging creative assets for social media across relevant platforms. Design website banners, promotional graphics and email assets, including for Klaviyo. Create and adapt creative for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. Resize and adapt artwork across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
Print, Retail & Events
Create high-quality artwork for brochures, training manuals, advertisements, mailers, posters and other printed materials. Design POS and promotional materials for retail and salon environments. Support the creative development of events, activations and brand experiences. Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers and printers where required.
Packaging & Brand Assets
Support the design and development of packaging and physical brand assets. Create artwork that is visually appealing, practical and aligned with our brand identity. Adapt and develop existing creative across different products, formats and campaigns.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising workload and meeting agreed deadlines. Take projects from initial brief through to final artwork. Communicate clearly with the Marketing Team and wider stakeholders throughout the design process. Respond positively to feedback and develop creative accordingly. Maintain organised files and ensure artwork is prepared correctly for production.

Requirements

Experience
2–4 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across both digital and print. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout and branding.

About You
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics. Confident taking a brief and developing creative solutions independently. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. Proactive, organised and keen to develop and grow within the role.

Desirable Experience
Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another premium consumer brand. Experience designing for e-commerce, particularly Shopify. Experience creating assets for email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. Experience with packaging design and print production. Basic experience with photography, video or motion design. An interest in AI and emerging creative tools and how they can support the design process.
