About the Role
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Handyperson Team and act as the first point of contact for staff, responding promptly to urgent issues. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain the safety of both Handypersons and clients. Collaborate closely with the Hospital to Home teams to ensure smooth service delivery and work with the Job Booker to improve efficiencies and reduce staff downtime. Manage the Energy Dr services provided in Havering, delivered in partnership with Age UK Redbridge, Barking and Havering, including overseeing the rota and ordering equipment. Support the Head of Hospital and Home in developing a paid-for handyperson service currently in planning.
Experience
Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating operational activities is essential. Experience working within community or social care services is desirable.

Qualifications
