You'll be running a brand new kitchen in the recently refurbished offices of one of the world's biggest and best known brands who have innovation and a customer-focussed delivery obsession at the heart of everything they do which are the exact qualities we'll be looking for in you. You'll currently either be at a Senior Sous Chef level looking to make your first step towards running your own brigade or you'll be an existing Head Chef, who wants a new challenge and the freedom to create some amazing food whilst making a name for themselves. Experience in workplace catering would be an advantage but is not essential. We'll make sure you'll have all the tools to be successful and will guide and support you in mapping out your personal development. In terms of scope of the role, your team will consist of 4-6 chefs and you'll be kept busy in a building occupied by up to 2000 members of staff. Daily we'll be delivering a hot and cold breakfast and lunch offer, corporate hospitality, event catering with the opportunity for some fine dining.
