As Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate with, and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment. You will create a culture of excellence by pushing the boundaries of brilliance through caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. You will also achieve business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team is essential.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
