As Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate with, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders, continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment, and create a culture of excellence focused on natural caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. You will also be responsible for achieving critical business KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary role.
Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector and delivering exceptional food offerings.
Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team.
