Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role, with a strong focus on managing, training, and supporting a team.

About you
You have an obsession for food and creating memorable experiences. You are financially astute, analytical, and capable of creating and maintaining budgets while driving commercial performance. You possess excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, and can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You have meticulous organizational abilities and a high attention to detail, along with empathetic and effective verbal and written communication skills.
