About the Role
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our amazing Hospitality & Events Culinary team at a leading global investment bank in Central London. This role requires an individual with a real passion for the Hospitality and Food industry, who is keen to collaborate and takes pride in their work every day. As the Head Chef, you will be at the core of our Hospitality & Events kitchens, responsible for writing and planning your own menus, mentoring and supporting the team through service. We encourage innovation through our menus, tapping into seasonality and diverse cuisines and flavors.
Our Hospitality & Event Kitchens oversee fine dining in 29 private dining rooms and an events space that caters up to 1700 guests. You will have full autonomy across our seasonal brochures from breakfast to à la carte lunch to canapés, allowing you to bring your own flair and touch to our dishes.
Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef in Events, Hotels, or high-end restaurants.
About you
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of allergy management. Driven to deliver the highest quality of food. Excellent mentoring, organization, and communication skills.
Qualifications
NVQ qualification or equivalent. Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
