About the Role
As a senior technology leader at Lloyds Banking Group, you will blend deep domain and technical expertise to deliver innovative technology solutions in partnership with other LBG technology functions and third-party providers. You will lead instalment engineering teams that develop software deployed across web and mobile platforms, providing customers with easy access to configurable credit. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, engaged team at the forefront of transforming and optimising the Consumer Bank.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Platform Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Engineers to coordinate and lead technology teams within one of our two credit card labs. Partnering with Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, you will help define a clear future plan for system architecture. Working with business stakeholders, you will identify emerging credit landscape trends and new growth opportunities within the credit card space.
Your leadership will inspire high performance across engineering teams, fostering a culture where initiative and delivery on commitments are paramount. You will provide critical technical feedback to support financial investment decisions and exert influential leadership beyond your lab, impacting the wider technology department at LBG.
