About the Role
As Head Of Finance Operations at ARIA, you will lead and oversee the finance operations team, ensuring efficient financial processes and controls are in place. This senior role requires strategic oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance function. You will collaborate closely with other departments and senior leadership to support the company’s financial goals and growth objectives.

Experience
Proven experience in finance operations management, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization.

About you
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams effectively and work collaboratively across departments. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
A relevant finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred. Extensive experience in finance operations and management is essential.
