About the Role
ARIA is seeking an experienced and passionate Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead to drive and embed inclusive practices across the organisation. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing strategies that promote equity and diversity, ensuring that ARIA fosters a culture where all employees feel valued and empowered. You will work closely with leadership teams to influence policies, lead training initiatives, and champion best practices that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Experience
Proven experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion leadership roles, preferably within a corporate or organisational setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective EDI strategies and initiatives.

About you
Passionate about social justice and inclusion, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation. Collaborative and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in diversity and inclusion, human resources, social sciences, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Commitment to continuous professional development in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
