About the Role
As the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at ARIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. You will develop and implement strategies that promote equity and inclusion across all levels of the organisation, ensuring that ARIA remains a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to embed best practices and champion diversity initiatives that align with our organisational values and goals.

Experience
Proven experience in leading equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within a corporate or organisational setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective EDI strategies and policies.

About you
Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a strategic thinker, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving meaningful change.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in human resources, organisational development, social sciences, or a related field is desirable. Additional training or certification in diversity and inclusion is advantageous.
