About the Role
The HALO Trust is seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead and manage the HR function across the organisation. This senior role involves overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and driving HR strategy to support the organisation’s mission. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing policies, and providing expert advice to management and staff. This is a key leadership position within a dynamic and impactful humanitarian organisation based in London.

Experience
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a complex or international organisation. Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and policy development.

Qualifications
Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD are highly desirable. Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
