About the Role
International development is essential to London Metropolitan University’s long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Associate Director of International, the principal focus of the Head of International Recruitment is to manage the recruitment of international students to the University from designated target markets. The post holder will take an evidence-based approach to developing new and existing recruitment opportunities, establishing sustainable recruitment channels, and embedding best practice in customer service across the international recruitment journey. They will manage the University’s agent network and key international partners, deliver recruitment and conversion campaigns, and oversee the International Recruitment Team in London and overseas. They will contribute to the University’s International Strategy by ensuring international recruitment activity is innovative, market-leading, and aligned to institutional priorities.

Experience
Proven experience in international student recruitment and managing recruitment teams. Experience working with international agents and partners is essential. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in international recruitment, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
