About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Programme Development to lead and shape the strategic direction of King's Trust International. This senior role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of international programmes that align with the organisation’s mission and values. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes deliver meaningful impact and meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. Experience
Proven experience in programme development and management, preferably within the international or charitable sectors. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and delivering complex projects.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification is desirable. Additional training or certification in programme management or international development will be an advantage.
