Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximizing commercial opportunities. You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team. You demonstrate a genuine passion for food & service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation, and merchandising. You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met. You thrive on delivering a great customer experience and leading by example.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proficiency in retail operations management, including merchandising, inventory control, and store optimization. Experience in developing and implementing successful omnichannel retail strategies. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners. Adaptability and resilience in navigating a rapidly evolving retail landscape.
