About the Role
At Motorino, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience accentuated by our welcoming atmosphere and professional service. Nestled in the vibrant Fitzrovia area, we offer our guests a blend of modern London-Italian cuisine and seasonal ingredients, crafted by our talented kitchen team. We are looking for a friendly and organised Head Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will set the tone for their arrival and help ensure smooth restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests warmly, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will manage and coordinate reservations efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest experience, answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, assist with administrative tasks including preparing reports and managing guest feedback, and collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role (approximately 1-2 years).

About you
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage reservations effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. Legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications
Proficient in using modern POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
