About the Role
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to learn on the job while working towards becoming a qualified Healthcare Support Worker. You will complete a Level 3 qualification while gaining real experience supporting patients in their homes and local community settings. Working under the guidance of nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will provide safe, kind, and respectful care focused on helping people maintain their independence and improve their wellbeing. As you develop your skills and confidence, you will take on increasing responsibilities within the team. You will be allocated a work-based mentor who will support you throughout the programme, helping you learn, build confidence, and understand your role. You will always have access to guidance and support whenever needed.
Experience
No prior experience required as this is an apprenticeship role designed for learning and development.
